As we would like to provide the best service, we kindly ask you to fill in the Express Check-In form at your earliest convenience. This will enable you to gain immediate access to the apartment as soon as it is ready. Also it will allow us to make alternative arrangements in case you arrive later than the normal check-in time (16.00 h) considering this resort does not feature 24-hours reception service.

Please be aware that our policy is that all arrears should be paid before handling any apartment keys. If you arrive later than 16:00 hours, it is very important that you advise us so we can make arrangements for payment and key collection. Please be aware that if this is the case, we would charge the full rental amount to the card provided by the time of reservation.

Some guests find that the resort is not easy to locate, so find below very important key-points about location. Make sure you bring them with you.

- From Málaga airport take the N340 towards Cádiz and then the E15/N340 signposted Benalmádena and Algeciras, bypassing Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola. Pass La Cala, Miraflores, a Petrol station and take the right hand turning at Sitio de Calahonda. Drive around the big roundabout and carry on up the road ( Avenida de España) past the shops and bars on your right hand side for approximately 750 metres and turn right at the top of the hill at the crossroads into the street named Calle José de Orbaneja, then take the left fork. Go straight up this winding road for 800 metres and take the first left turn there is into the street named Calle Viera. Follow this street down towards La Cartuja for approximately 200 metres. Reception is sign posted on your right handside.

- If you arrive later than 16:00 hours, we will leave the keys in an envelope for you.

- If you have any problem locating the resort or the keys, please call our emergency phone number on 0034 638 385 485. This number is only for emergencies, so please refrain from using it for general queries (you may call the office during business hours at +34 952 933 119)

- By clicking here you will be able to download a selection of Google street views from our street, which will be of great help when trying to locate the closer entrances to the resort or reception.

The apartment includes bed linen & towels. Cleaning service is not included within the rental price of the apartment. If you wish to hire it, please be aware there is an extra charge (see below). You can choose one of the services or mix them depending on your needs. Please note there is no cleaning service on Sundays. For stays longer than 4 nights, the resort will provide free towel replacement on certain days, which will be confirmed to you upon check-in.
